Ziofood is a food delivery app created for Poznan residents who order food with delivery. The company's mission is to support the local community by offering the lowest commissions on the market. ZiO food is an answer to the problem of excessive margins of other apps.
The app does not communicate the company's values to the user in any way. According to the survey, 89% of people using the app do not know that it is from Poznań and are not familiar with the idea behind ZiO.
Of the possible solutions - direct communication or an advertising campaign, we decided to create a brandhero and place it in the app, while redesigning and streamlining it.
Brand hero Zio - Mr. Pyrka was created on the basis of local culture. The word “Pyrka” means potato in the Poznań dialect, and it is the most iconic word coming from this region. Thanks to the name, graphic design and humorous messages, which are often word games, this solution not only meets the needs of the client, but also gives the application a unique and exceptional character.
In addition, we have added a new, graphically refreshed and more user-friendly interface, which, according to surveys, has significantly improved the user experience of the application.
